But what do you find most effective?

Yeah, absolutely.

I'm happy to review some of the ones that I find most effective.

For our patients, if they can take it, our most effective treatment is probably infliximab, which is an IV TNF alpha inhibitor.

Unfortunately, this is not FDA approved.

And so most of the time, insurances will not pay for this first line.

And so it is not something we can always get covered right away, although it is one of the most effective.
