14:30
Yeah.
14:30
I love that.
14:31
Good.
14:32
Um, yeah, man, but, like, kind of like you were saying, like, for me, um, I've kind of, I've been going through a little renaissance, too, for some things.
14:41
Like, I, I, I've always kind of been... not always, I've been more vulnerable the last, like, 12, 13 years of my life just because, um, my own lived experiences and just realizing that the more I try to hide myself, the more I try to let shame isolate me with my own mental health or my own, um, experiences, the more, uh, I just kind of went down to those, those rock bottom holes and stayed there longer than I needed to.

2:30
And yeah, I pretty much...
2:34
I think we have different journeys, but I found out when I was training clients that, hey, uh, you know, strength and nutrition's cool, but if we're not doing anything from a mental and emotional standpoint, then it's not gonna stick.
2:48
And I found that out the hard way myself, uh, back in the day when I hit my own rock bottoms mentally and emotionally and got myself into therapy.
4:52
Mm.
