Um, definitely super helpful to do that.

I would invest in those tools if it was, if I was starting a roofing company right now, um, instead of having a bunch of staff, salary people, I would have maybe one first line of defense and everything else is AI.

It's probably what I would do.

Um, so you got to look at that, like how many calls are actually getting booked because you can get a hundred calls and 20% of them, you know, are the, are the only ones getting booked because You try to call them back and then they don't answer the phone because they already called a competitor and they don't really want to take your call.

So that happens.

So that's the first thing.

How do we manage these guys? Who should do it? What's the process for that?
