Um, so what would you say are AAR's biggest challenges right now when it comes to finding and retaining enough technicians?

Well, that's a great question, Lindsay.

I like to take those challenges and ta- change it into opportunities, and I like to step back first and just remind everybody where we came from.

You know, it was December 27, 2020, FAA Part 147 was signed into law, and that changed the way that FAA schools, uh, train mechanics.

It was a 50-year-old regulation, and when that thing passed, it allowed schools to obviously continue to grow and expand and continue to change their curriculums to meet the needs of the industry.

In 2014, there were 145 schools.

Now there's 225 schools.

Um, could you maybe tell us a little bit more about what the mission is, what you guys are doing, and what progress you've made so far?
