So, Ryan, how long have you been with Robinson and what is involved in your work today as a training and development specialist?

So I came to Robinson in January.

I started in a role in the safety department for a few months, just getting the understanding of how the company worked and looking at those different things from the different plants.

And then again, the company invested in another position in the training and development side.

And Jeff brought me over to that team then there.

And so right now, one of my main roles is orientation.

So on day two of our orientation, we have all the safety training.

um technology you mentioned it earlier you said you were going to talk about it some more so i'm going to give you a chance to do that how have you been able to sort of techify the robinson training academy in the last couple years
