First off, uh, hey, give us a little bit of a rundown of your barbecue history, how and when you got started in, uh, in c- you know, competition and the Smokin' Brothers, uh, part of it as well.

So, uh, I mean, technically I guess all of us can say it all started back in the day on our family's porch when we first saw a barbecue grill, but I'll fast-forward a couple years.

I won't bore you with those long sagas of burning pork steaks and everything else that was known to, for a kid to do.

But, uh, but no, I started in the barbecue industry back in 2002.
