... of the aisle could set that up? H- has that improved things?
11:50
Yeah.
11:51
This work really comes out of the lessons learned from March 2023, right? Where we had the Silicon Bag- Silicon Valley bank failure, Signature Bank failure, and I think there were a number of lessons learned, but for the Fed and the home loan bank system, it was really a lesson of, hey, let's ...
12:08
We're already coordinating, but we need to do a little bit more.
12:11
So for the home loan banks, what we've done- Is we've encouraged, each of the banks has encouraged their members to develop a relationship with the discount window and test those lines periodically.
12:22
That's a, a good best practice.
12:24
We've also had discussions with the Fed on a number of work streams, improving communication, making sure that the personnel in critical positions at the Home Loan Bank and at the Fed know how to get the- get ahold of each other at 6:00 on a Friday.

Wow.
9:09
We may not know what those resources are.
9:12
I would start off by saying that it's common across all sectors of our economy that employees don't really understand or know what benefits are available to them.
9:22
Sometimes it's information overload, and there's way too much.
9:25
Um, so we're kinda working on both sides of that continuum.
9:29
Too much, too many options, don't know where to go, don't know where to start to have a lot of options, don't know what they are, or we don't have many options at all.
9:39
But the, the most underutilized service that exists today is really grasping onto the technology.
9:46
Everyone's got a smartphone.

16:34
In your experience, what are some innovative approaches you're seeing departments use to support firefighter wellbeing, resilience, and retention?
30:38
And in particular, how you link it to neoliberalism, which I think was an interesting theoretical move in your work.
30:45
I'm defining the Broadway body as the, I should pull up the back of the book here to read what I wrote for that.
30:52
The hyper fit, exceptionally able, triple threat performer who I think I kind of made a joke that this is the performer who does their workout with her trainer and then goes to do their matinee of Hamilton and then goes on for the lead that night.
31:14
Their matinee in the ensemble and then plays the lead that night.
31:17
So it's this performer whose body can do anything and they're usually tall, they're conventionally attractive and it became the ideal body for Broadway musicals over the course of the last few decades.
31:41
And in looking into it, I found all of these, examples where performers, I think, inadvertently contributed to this through associating themselves with exercise and fitness.
32:00
And actually the first instance I found of the term Broadway body was from a workout tape that was put out by original West Side Story star, Carol Lawrence in the 1980s.

I'm curious how you kind of think through it.
