And I love that you guys are already asking me, like, what kind of value can I bring? And is this going to be valuable for agents so that they really lean in to everything that we're providing them?

That kind of triggered something for me.

I think I said this a few times recently, but wow, is this a perfect opportunity to say it in front of other people, not just my kids.

There's something special about having a CEO who not only does the job, Right.

It's not it's not a private equity person.

It's not some random, you know, he actually walks in their shoes.

Yeah, but I pointed out to him sometimes that I think sometimes Iron Man forgets what it's like to be Iron Man leading the Avengers in that way.

And that's a very different approach.
