So, so do you want to give us an example scenario here that we might talk about? Is there a common sort of example that you use when you're talking with people?

Ryan ConnerGUEST
as you're going into the loan process, when you're going out and having to get your life insurance, you're having to potentially get workers' compensation, and you're really analyzing all the risk in the business, this is another step in that compliance checklist to say, how am I limiting my personal risk? So for example, let's say there's an individual, going back to our example, that wants to buy a small local insurance agency.

Ryan ConnerGUEST
In that case, they want to go out, they want to use an SBA loan to purchase that using an SBA business acquisition loan.

Ryan ConnerGUEST
Typically, those loans perform very well, obviously, and you can get them underwritten.

Ryan ConnerGUEST
In our scenario, if it was a $1 million loan, typically we would be able to give a quote, and that quote would be a percentage of that loan amount.
