So if you're at the foot of the bed here, can you tell us what your general goals and next steps for this resuscitation are? What are you doing for respiratory support? What are you doing for hemodynamic support? I imagine you're calling some meds to the bedside.

Oh, yeah.

So again, it's one of those where I freely admit I have a bit of a bias when it comes to things like high flow nasal cannula and that I don't like it up to a certain point.

I think people really get comfortable with these massive amounts of flow and like just keep turning that knob and you forget like this patient, for example.

And it's not an uncommon scenario where suddenly like you get this phone call.

I'm like, yeah, they're on 40 liters.

I'm like, what on earth does that even mean, right? Like, what does that translate to? Like, I have no idea other than you've got a big problem.

And if you were looking at other institutions, who do you recommend that these picky fellows reach out to urgently and sort of get the Zoom meeting together?
