I had a few that I was going to go over altogether that bounced throughout different points of how tactical games can really be expansive.

Ryan C.GUEST
So the first one I can bring up is Brigadine, which coincidentally happens to have its third game now coming out on next week here.

Ryan C.GUEST
But I mean, with all of these minor grab bag games, don't you wish all of them would turn into franchises at some point? With Brigadine, though, basically it's risk combined with a hexagon grid base.

Ryan C.GUEST
And in the original PlayStation Brigadine, you would have a set amount of castles that you had to protect and move around from while trying to take over the continent.

So it takes the strategy aspect that has been predominant in the tactical genre and also adds in human knights that are able to use rune power to, like, say, you have 200 rune power, a dragon takes 75, well, you can bring two dragons with you into combat.
