Probably a little heavier than what you told me, but how are you pushing it down through the organization? So we

started off, it was just me and my COO.

We were experimenting with it a couple years ago and got to sort of figure out how it all works.

And then we learned that we can really use it as an assistant to save us time so we can focus more on me.

building good care right and so we got our clinical director involved we got our program director involved and and and we use a a specific ai company and and we got a membership with and things like that and they started uh building policy and procedure updating it with it and everything so i mean i use it for a lot of things as an assistant mostly um the emr that we use is is AI integrated, it's got it in its therapy notes, it's got it in some of its assessments and things like that.

But what I do is I don't want it to replace good clinical work, right? Or good note taking or anything like that.

I don't want the clinicians to lose that ability.

Is that is that that's how we've experienced it? Yeah.
