Yeah.
21:55
I did have a opportunity and took it to meet with AEP, and they met with us and learned some things about that.
22:06
I asked a question that might go to the extreme, and I said, all right, so, AEP.
22:13
If there would be a situation where we are running short on energy, would our citizens be asked to conserve energy and put their thermostats on 80 degrees and all this kind of stuff? And they understood the ridiculousness of that question, but respectfully so, it's probably on a lot of people's minds.
22:37
And they said that if that were to happen, with a .00001 chance, that the data center would be asked to conserve energy first.
22:50
Also learned that Kentucky Power uses a FFR kind of profit-based earnings rather than just based on the market.

if these things are good, right.
14:19
From what I've gathered, there are economic development positives with these.
14:24
I remember at that meeting in Boyd County, this is the new industrial revolution is what this was coined as.
14:31
So, you know, years and years ago, if you had a business that was looking at your town, they might say, well, can you provide us with water? And if you weren't able to provide that fundamental piece of infrastructure, then they'd say, well, since you can't provide that need for us, you know, we can't go there.
14:52
Now, from what I understand, is that data centers are kind of the new thing.
14:56
They're a new foundational piece of infrastructure now.

But what are some of the other issues in this race for mayor? And it's an open seat because the current mayor is not
