And that's exactly what we do with the Dynamos.

So we get that all the time.

We get children, we'll get an email from their parents saying, oh, hey, you know, my son's been doing cricket at school, really loves it.

Want to... have them play cricket.

My immediate questions are, okay, have they had any hardball experience? And then little things like ask the kid, do you watch cricket? Who's your favorite cricketer? Because it kind of gives you that early inclination of what they want to do.

And also what they want to do.

I don't know how that works.
