I'm going to go start a business here, right? So, Ryan, why don't you share a little bit about your background and then the company and what led you to decide, like, I want to go dive in here, start something, and really deliver on that premise of what a dedicated learning operations or learn ops layer could deliver value out to your client and enterprises.

Ryan AustinGUEST
Benoit has been a great partner and excited to be here on this great podcast with you too, Kyle.

Ryan AustinGUEST
Just had this conversation today where it's easy for Salesforce and HubSpot to test new pricing that's outcome-based and pivot back to usage-based.

Ryan AustinGUEST
If they have to, it's harder for a smaller company to do that because Usually, the big whales are harder to make the change, but when it comes to having the support for something like pricing, they'll have more flexibility to experiment, I feel, because they can run both sides of the spectrum well.

Ryan AustinGUEST
In that regard, we had been traditionally just seed-based, and we're rolling out something called Cognota Assist Credits alongside this acquisition, which gets us into usage-based pricing models.
