Don't forget the Grand Illusion.

The Grand Illusion, that's right, all showing these great films, and it's like e- every three days I was seeing some kind of masterpiece.

And it was the late '70s, uh, but we would also see, uh, early stuff too.

So I really, I really started to miss all of those opportunities.

Um, and around that time, uh, a, a new art house theater opened up where I live called The Beacon, and 48 seats, and it's kind of a repertory house.

Uh, and they also rented out the theater to individuals if they wanted to show their own films, uh, you know, do a n- do their own series.

So I, I started a cinema of the '70s series, uh, and I, I've done it now for about three years, and one of the first films I showed was The Last Picture Show, the Bogdanovich film.
