So I took it a step further because I realized that also just based on experience, the financial therapist and behavior coach hat is so important and key because that involves the first few sessions with a client where you are really understanding them as an individual person.

especially in a world where financial advice and literacy and education is so generalized of like what everyone should do.

And you need to create that same environment so that you can understand them as a person and also give them the assurance of like, I just want you to tell me what you've done and what you feel you should have done.

Like, none of those things remove the requirement from us to know the products extremely well to know technical financial planning the thing is is and then has been for a while now but it's just a ticket to the game right so so so what are the other skills that are now also becoming a ticket to the game whereas previously it was a nice add-on to have and it was a nice differentiator now it's becoming like listen people if we don't have this we're going to have a problem like are there any of those skills that you can highlight that that people should be focused on developing
