And you know there are certain things that like we won't negotiate on so we can you know, try to do things more cost efficiently, but we won't like have a building that doesn't have doesn't meet our network standards or our control standards and russ's case.

Yeah, so how it works for me and my business area.

So we have what's called the Bedrock Smart Specification.

In that specification, we have standardized the control systems that we allow in our buildings.

We've standardized Niagara as our base core infrastructure.

We've standardized CodeLabs as our platform provider.

We've gone into detail to standardize temperature sensors, variable frequency drives, VRF systems, domestic booster pump systems, all the way down to the color coding of the wire from the exterior cabling to the conductors inside for what we use for thermostats, for our BACnet, for everything, right? So this is non-negotiable.
