Is this, Ruchi, did you have any thoughts around making remote culture for like lifestyle reasons or did it just work the best for your business?

Yeah, it's a great question.

I think partly driven by the business, like, you know, we started self-funded, you know, we didn't want to start off with like a super cash intensive business.

you know, point with an office and all of that.

I think the other is just that we wanted to build a long lasting business and we wanted to attract people who are experienced, who also want to be available for their families, also want to do the soccer pickup at 4 p.m. and sort of still have that level of stability outside of the commute to work.

I think that was a big part of it because we were going through that ourselves, especially post-COVID times.

It was a perk.
