I think that they obviously, as you said, can't replace professional help, but there are so many games that use these techniques that can kind of give you tools to be able to manage your mental health in different ways.

I think a, a really recent and really, in my opinion, good example of a game that I think has done something like this, and not just for young people but for people of all ages, is a game called Wonderstop that the big kind of overarching moral of the story is dealing with burnout and letting yourself take a rest when, when life starts to become a little too intense.
