It's not just geometry, um, in BIM"?
5:21
Yeah.
5:21
I-- when, when I was doing, when I was doing my master's in BIM, I remember one of the professors, he's saying like, "Oh, the contract route, like, the, the procurement route is very important." And I was like, like, "What's that?" Like, uh, "That's bullshit." You know, and then [laughs], and then later on, like, when I started working, uh, with, like, data centers and very fast-paced projects, then I start, like, really feeling the difference between designing tend and designing build and all those different procurement routes and how that was affecting- The, the way I think or people were thinking and doing things, that's when I realized actually, you know, the steps we have before, the information and procedures we have before affect the way we're gonna work and the outcomes.

So like that's when I started thinking, yeah, like we need to ...
6:20
The information, uh, uh, it's, it's, the, the coordination is a consequence of the information we have before.
6:27
Also, like I had one post, I remember once I, I was suggesting we have, uh, like a design coordination rate, something like a, you know, the bear rate.
6:37
You go to the building to like, uh, or a produ- product and have A, B, C, D, E, F.

Why do you think the industry has accepted that as a normal for a long time?
