pregnancy and labour and postpartum is probably the biggest physiological challenge that any woman will go through so the heart will get because it's having to pump for two people effectively it will expand and also we will try and increase our heart rate and our breathing rate to improve our oxygen flow around the body but also we've got the impact of having a growing baby which then also means we've got work a bit harder with our lungs as well to breathe so sometimes And probably Callie's experiencing this now as we get into third trimester.
