Ben, you want to talk about what a stash site is?
6:54
So yeah, what you would have a stash site is usually on a rural piece of property that is not used on a regular basis.
7:01
There's a lot of absentee land ownership in the state of Texas.
7:05
Well, do their people they have in all these little towns, the cartels that is, they actually send scouts out and they'll go out and look for a gate that doesn't look like somebody goes in on a regular basis.
7:15
They'll go in, they'll cut a link of the chain out, they'll put their own lock on, or they'll cut the original lock, put their own lock on, and they check it for a few weeks.
7:23
And if nobody discovers it, the cartel will start using that location to either store stolen vehicles, because they'll steal vehicles, about $100,000 a year.
7:32
They'll put them on the property to make sure they're not recovered, that the GPS has been deactivated in them properly.

of pre-President Trump, Joe Biden, to post-President Trump, what it looked like then, what it looks like now?
13:13
Well, it was night, and now it's day, is pretty much what it is.
13:17
So under President Biden, what we had was we had a free-for-all where the cartels were coming through with their contractors and subcontractors.
13:24
and bringing hundreds of thousands of people through our jurisdiction every single year.
13:29
And so the smugglers were coming up, they were trespassing on property, they were driving through gates, they were hauling illegal aliens, they were hauling loads of dope, and they just were all over the place.
13:39
At one point, we were in pursuits with smuggling organizations anywhere from three to five times a week.
