So what evidence do we currently have supporting this combined approach?
4:46
Yeah.
4:46
So we have some evidence that I'll, uh, cover a bit, but unfortunately, you know, a lot of it's anecdotally by people that are using this and seeing the effect that's there.
4:57
A- and I, and I should mention that none, none of the AID systems have had clearance by the FDA to use, uh, inhaled insulin with it.
5:07
So it's really an off-label use of the inhaled insulin.
5:11
That does- doesn't mean it can't be prescribed, it doesn't mean it can't be used that way, but it's just hasn't, hasn't gone through the rigor of an, you know, FDA approval or clearance.
5:24
Uh, so the, the evidence of the effect, aside from what I mentioned as anecdotally, is mostly in studies that are done within the clinic with a standardized meal.

So when they, when patients are either maybe selecting an AID system or manipulating the system that they currently own, um, like what type of features tend to do well in combination with AID? What type of systems kind of struggle a little bit more or don't integrate as nicely with, um, inhaled insulin?
