know what I mean? Well, yeah, that's a great point.

For me, I think that you have to have a mutual respect with all your teammates.

If you're a leader and an old guy who – is harping on younger guys to do this and just constantly drilling it into them, they're not going to have respect for you.

They're going to obviously not be a fan of you as a leader.

And that's how you lose respect to your teammates.

And you want teammates to be able to learn from you, but you don't want it being like, I'm bossing you around, telling you you have to do this.
