Is this thing going to be a white elephant? What kind of money do we do when it comes to business and to convention tourism?

Yeah, well, so last year and the years before, we've been trending, certainly trending upwards, but it varies between 60 and 80 million dollars of major conferences that we'll bring in annually.

Of course, that spending gets shared throughout the community.

You know, many of these facilities and things that get built are also built on cost recovery models.

So, you know, the appearance of the cost when you're first building it is certainly there, but they're making money and making revenue as well.

But the dollars that come into the community are, you know, far greater than the investments that we put into these things.

And, you know, I think I'll add just one more thing on the idea of, you know, convention centers or conferences or infrastructure like that.

What are we expecting for 26? We're already into the quote-unquote driving season now.
