So I represent the plastic manufacturing industry.

We obviously are pretty much ubiquitous in the supermarket aisle, the packaging on pretty much everything that the consumers are taking here.

And obviously, the reason for that is number one, it's effective, but number two, it's affordable.

It keeps the price down.

Is that something, getting those refunds, the deposits on plastic bottles, is that something that could help spur more folks to recycle?
