Tell us about the early days when you were sat around the table with the mailing bags, the Argos steamer, arguing about coffee stains.

My dad had decided he'd retire.

By that point, I think I'd started looking at the market and it had changed so much that from sort of in the 90s and early noughties, most of the sorting and grading is now done predominantly in Dubai or India and Pakistan.

So that industry's kind of left Europe.

There is obviously still a number of people still doing it, but it's getting harder.

And I was like looking at it thinking, this is a different way to do things.

Fashion brands began to start doing tape back.
