Just probably to add, the previous Archbishop of Canterbury, whom I know very well, no, I don't really, was interviewed and asked what was the biggest challenge that Christians face.

And he said something very profound.

He said, most Christians I know do not believe that they are deeply loved by God.

And I would think if to every young person and aged person, but especially if you can comprehend and wrestle with this when you're younger, that we grow, we are loved before we perform.

We are loved before we're useful.

Feel free to talk about your journey with that, Ross, Charles, or if you want to talk about the importance of putting godly men around you, a faith community, a church, that can help you when you don't have the strength.

Look, and I am one dimension of that, but I think for myself it's certainly being okay not having to be the smartest person in the room.

I recognize that a whole bunch of people are way more gifted, way smarter than me, and being okay with that, I think that creates an environment for growth.

It creates an environment for people to take a risk.

That's good.

I think as a leadership team, we have too often we've created too many risk adverse because we've seen failure as final and we've seen this as weakness.
