What are your thoughts on other biosimulators out there or filler, for example? Yeah.
29:41
Yeah, so sculpture was the first type of filler to ever be invented.
29:46
So years ago, it was just used as filler to add volume.
29:51
But actually what happened, I think it was like the early 90s, doctors were injecting too much of it and people's faces were growing and expanding because...
30:01
It is stimulating collagen over time.
30:03
So then people stopped using it and then that's when your hyaluronic acid fillers, so your Juvederm and things that I use these days, were used for so long because it is biodegradable and your body breaks it down.
30:18
Okay.

If you're preparing a celebrity for a red carpenter event or a big event of some description, what are your kind of go-tos to get someone looking their very, very best in a shortish period of time?

I guess to kind of kick off the main kind of topic of this podcast, can you get us going with kind of the beginning of the process so you're inviting people for dinner how do you decide what type of dinner you're going to host um and what food you're going to cook
4:04
yes also a very lovely introduction thank you jessie um i would say yeah so love hosting dinner parties hosting friends family um obviously key thing you need to work out to start with is how many people are coming that's obviously crucial And then I think in terms of working out what to cook, I tend to go by a bit of a formula.
4:24
So we'll have one protein dish and then sort of two to three veg dishes.
4:30
Within that, I love to have always have like a green salad or a green veg dish.
4:34
And then one to two carbs, obviously scale it up or down depending on how many people are coming.
4:39
And then in terms of what to cook, I just tend to sort of get out on my recipe books.
4:44
Obviously, Instagram's also a great source.
