How much is too much? Yeah, again, how much is too much? And also, what does too little feel like? How do you navigate this?

we like science and this is like the most recent stuff is showing like generally an average human being if you're not doing exercise like just to keep alive we actually only need like 0.8 to 1 grams of protein per kilo of body weight so that's just like blanket information um if you were a bit more active you're probably looking at like a higher amount it can range between like 1.3 or 4 to 1.6 if you're moderately active it can go up to two grams per kilo but that's such a broad amount as well like I wouldn't just say like for you and I we need two grams per kilo again it's very hard to get there and are you training that much that you need that much protein so I'd say probably like a safer range is more between like the 1.2 and 1.6 grams per kilo not a what I think social media is telling us that we need upwards of two grams per kg.
