But first, Sister Rose, tell us just a little bit about who you are.

Well, I entered after high school a little over 50 years ago, and I've been in music for Really all my life, I started to play clarinet in grade school, saxophone and guitar in high school, and then piano and organ in college, as well as the other instruments.

And I've taught music in the classroom and in the parish for over 30 years.

And now I'm at the monastery.

When I came here, I was actually the formation director for novices and postulants.

for about eight or nine years, but I was also assistant liturgist, which means I help with all the music in church.

So I did that.
