I was just following my way through, trying to find my way, when a program came up, and it was a course led by Deepak Chopra called The Soul of Leadership, and I went to it.

Now, there's quite a bit I left at the conference.

There were bits that didn't fit for me, but what did fit for me was that aspects of myself that I'd actually been trying to suppress, pieces around empathy, around caring, around connecting-

So it is a innovation mindset.
