while carrying your grief so for example i know the world is um feel as much as you want to but sometimes especially in the professional space um like the professional calling is that you really can't do that it's just based on the place that you're in but also As the person who's been actively working to create this kind of spaces and seeing people trying to, let's say, move past this quickly, especially due to their professional identity, what are your thoughts on that? And why do you think this happens?

So obviously, and I want to take you on this journey of when you go to interview at a place, When you go to interview, you put your best foot forward.

You don't show them everything, right? The good, the ugly, and the bad.

You don't show them that stuff.

You show them the good and the great.

So then that's what they see.

That's what they like.

I think my question is always, what are some practical things that you've seen work out? Do you have some examples on this?
