It's an outreach program for the nonprofit, and Rosa and her team respond almost daily, looking for people who may need help

accessing health care.

We've been in the community for over 50 years now.

I remember when I started, we only had a couple clinics.

Now we have over 20 different locations and so many departments.

We see ladies that are expecting babies to our seniors.

I am the community outreach manager.

Rosa truly wants people to have a good life.
