Tell us about when did you start sort of really thinking about the project that became Engine House and what were the first steps?

Well, it would have been about 2018 to 2019.

You know, it was a while ago when we first kind of threw in on the RFP, the request for proposal from the city.

So maybe a dozen groups threw in on that.

And on how it works, how it worked is we went through a process.

The city had picked out a... a panel, and the panel were the judges, and the judges interviewed all of the interested parties and narrowed it down.

You ended up getting shortlisted.

Do you get a fast pass into it because it's a city-supported project?

Is there a big tag rugby community here in Limerick?

Rory? Yeah, I suppose there is.

It might not be as big as Dublin obviously, but that's due to population difference at the same time.

But Old Crescent, the leagues in there are good.

We get a good lot of teams coming down for social, I'd say.

on Thursdays and there's a Prem and there's another Social on Tuesday so there's two nights of tag where there'd be a lot of games going on and I think we were we had our Nationals two weeks ago I think between us and Dublin we were the only teams to enter into all of the open categories so I'd say it's one of the bigger tag communities across the country so it's always good to be a part of it.

what about you rory

yeah i suppose a lot of the time kind of just you make time for like my life kind of just revolves around tag at the moment really with the amount of times we played a week um And so I kind of just work through like, yeah, as Megan said, the trainings for Ireland are on the weekend.

And, you know, with AI in particular, can you talk about, uh, any particular case uses that you found to have been the most effective, whether it's in the office or the OR?

The most obvious and quickest and easiest adoption, I was very im- impressed by it, was the use of AI scribes, and that has really come about over the past 12 months.

So traditionally, I always used a scribe who normally was a student applying for nursing school, medical school, or PA school, and they would be working on their application.

They work as a scribe in our office.

And over the past 12 months, we've moved over to completely AI-based scribing in our office.

Having a scribe allows me to concentrate on the person, listen to them, engage with them, give them my full focus so I'm not working on a computer or, um, typing, or when you're looking at the person, talking to them.

I guess it gives me more time to walk with, see them walk in the corridor, see them moving and, you know, better assess and make a diagnosis.
