What is it like coming home to start the biggest job of your career?

It's a blessing.

Uh, it's coming full circle.

Who would've thought, you know, I grew up watching the Washington Redskins at the time.

And I remember my mother let me stayed up late for the, uh, 1987 Super Bowl to watch Doug Williams win it.

Who would've thought years later I have the opportunity to be sitting in this seat, uh, having this title? Uh, it's just a blessing and, and you know, I, I thank God every day for this opportunity.
