Um, because those were the decisions that opened up, uh, the possibility for me to, uh, m- create what I wanted to, for better or for worse, make the decisions, decide what the priorities were, decide what the investment strategy was going to be, decide what the financial planning process would look like, uh, decide which clients to work with, uh, to, to deci- to decide which people to hire to help build the team.

Uh, and again, as I say, for better or worse, uh, I was in control of those choices, and for me, that was, that was really, uh, I guess, important.
