way that they didn't really recognize because when I started in the 90s, it was a completely different job.

And in those days, you only had Election Day voting and limited absentee voting if you were going to be ill or you were absent from the county.

And then we had the 2000 election, and we've had some other election challenges in Florida along the way.

And so Florida has come a long way with our election laws and processes to really update them and make this a professional job, an actual profession, elections administration.

Right.

And and give us the tools to the laws to do that, because, you know, I say like on Election Day, when you vote on if you go to polling place on Election Day, it's near your residence.
