Well, the first thing we have to do is we got to get this deal all wrapped up with a container store because that's where you're going to start seeing Bed Bath & Beyond come back.

Now we've got immediate footprints and things of that nature that we can really start to work our way product into in conjunction with the container store.

So you put together these two powerhouse brands.

So what we're going to be looking to do is vet out almost like a smaller like neighborhood footprint of the container store and Bed Bath & Beyond and figuring out how we can build that into a highly effective franchise models for local owner operators, right? Like we're probably not going to be any 20 store deals here, Matt.
