When you are a solo entrepreneur, you have to come up with creative ideas quickly.

And as creative as I am, sometimes when you reach out to AI and said, I need to put a commercial together that does this, or I need to put an ad together that does this, and it gives you... possibly better ways to market the product that you're trying because it sees it from a different perspective than you do.

Especially if I'm going after family law firms or if I'm going after people who are getting a divorce or single families, each one of them is a separate category.

And it helps me to clarify the marketing towards that specific category.

So it has been helpful in that regard.

My co-founder absolutely hates it.

So I do want to go back to Ron's point quickly, though, about people's brains turning to mush because they depend on AI too much.

time to go so let's talk about what else association offers because this is incredible and again financials is the biggest stress so when people feel they have some sort of product they can utilize and it's not it's affordable it's affordable but that part of they they can take a deep breath what other services and support do you provide through your association and membership

Absolutely.

So what do people need when they're in the process of getting a divorce? What are some of the things we've asked? We've asked our members, like, what do you need? And the biggest one that came up was mental health care.

whether it's for themselves, for their children.

Again, I've done podcasts about men asking for help, and a lot of men don't ask because it's not macho to do it, or I can chin up, I can do it myself, I can figure this out.

But men need an outlet to talk to people, and a lot of their friends either can't relate, or their wives might not want their husbands to talk to the guy who's newly divorced for influence purposes.

I mean, there's lots of reasons around why men don't reach out.

What is your favorite part of the association? What are you the most proud of? And be like, yeah, I wish I had that when I was going through my experiences.

When we lived together, he never ...

My son did not consider him to be anything in his life.

And unfortunately, my ex had a, a drug addiction at the time I was not aware of when I got back together with him.

I knew he had suffered from depression, which he was medicated for, but it got worse, and unfortunately he was there for some of that.

At one point I did ask him to move back into the house because I needed to have a third party there, and he was an adult at the time.

He did so, and he was able to sit back and share that I wasn't imagining these things, that they were actually happening.

When the divorce ends, what are some of the, the things that you see and some of the resources that your nonprofit may offer to help support families?

Ron, tell us, what was the decision that changed the trajectory of your business?

It was when I went to an investor that I was working with for three months to help us launch our company.

And they said, if it's such a great idea, why hasn't somebody else done this before? And I thought, well, since we modeled ourselves after AARP, if AARP has 36 million members, why hasn't somebody competed with them? And they said, yeah, we get that, but we're going to go ahead and pass.

And I had spent three months going back and forth with these people.

I'm driving home and I realize I either have to put up or shut up.

And it was a matter of me sitting down with my husband, who's risk adverse, and saying we need to mortgage the house to start this business.

And he asked for a worst-case, best-case scenario.
