Can you take us through that and go through the steps as you would in a seminar or if you were teaching a business person?
11:09
Yeah.
11:09
So I studied journalism besides postmodernism in college.
11:14
And one of the big things I loved about journalism was the inverted pyramid where, you know, you put the most the biggest idea up front and then you just do it all with supporting topics going down.
11:23
So like the least amount of information.
11:25
So I basically took the grand vision of the time management inverted period, put that up top because that's the most important focus for everything.
11:33
And then you dwindle down.

9 MINS LATER

What do you mean by that? Is it three to five big things or primary or just where does that come in?
29:42
So talk about what those really look like.
29:45
I think the monthly goals, I always tell everybody this when I'm coaching them or it works for myself.
29:49
But if I have one grand vision, I start laying it out on paper, again, physically writing stuff down.
29:54
It organically comes to you.
29:56
If you're breaking, again, I'll just use a year for whatever.
30:00
So you have 12 monthly goals and they're much larger to get through.
30:05
So again, it's that psychological space.
