How how do you what lens does that allow you to create those relationships? How do you instill that across, you know, across the company? What are some of those principles that show up and and how does that differ?

So I'm a believer, so I'm going to back up, and I'm going to answer your question, but I'm going to sort of do it in two parts.

No problem.

I think I have the responsibility as the CEO for two things.

One, growth, and secondly, impact.

Just to make it consistent, I'll use a climbing
