No, it would be great to hear now, especially if you could share some of those systems and practices that you mentioned in the vineyard when it comes to water conservation and use.

about three kilometers of water catchment channels now we try and harvest as much rainwater as we possibly can that rainwater gets channeled into three dams two of which are utilized for irrigating our vines so we're harvesting our rainwater capturing it putting it into dams then putting it back into the ground for the growing season with our cellar we're using our own boreholes we take the water out of the ground run it through our cellar and then we have our own water treatment plant which treats the water and puts that back into the ground again so We've got a complete circulatory system going on with water, with wind, which I mentioned can be a significant risk.

Rollo GabbGUEST
The way we plant our vineyards is very much with a view on what the prevailing winds do, specifically the southeaster, which blows in off the ocean and can be hugely devastating.
