And I think in those instances, it's, it's very important to be, to be able to express that vulnerability and, and not, not in the sense of, you know, obviously as you would to friends or family per se, but just in the sense that, you know, you, you're being super clear to your team and saying, "Well, okay, everyone, you know, I've consulted with, with many, if not all of you." 'Cause, you know, clearly there's sort of hierarchies and, you know, it'd be impossible to, to be able to consult with every single person.

But, but, you know, y- you should still try and cast your net as wide as possible.

Try and get, um, every, you know, a- achievable or attainable piece of information that you can.
