Every year there is an appraisal you get like 10 15 20 percent hike based on what you have performed right तो हर साल growth हो रही है। अब वो बंद हो गया। अब जो पैसा account में हर महीने आता था वो तो पिछले 1 साल में was like gone आया ही नहीं right और जो आया वो compared to what you were earning in the job was very way too less right तो इस समय दिमाग में क्या चल रहा था?

इस समय दिमाग में यही चल रहा था कि कुछ भी करते हुए हमें we have to sustain and take care of family as well as take care of the business parallel whatever may come in because I had already made my mind that I will not back down on my business now and I won't get into any full time job that was for sure because as you mentioned like I had that 14 years of strength.

But again like if you see like I have changed at least three companies within those years as well.

So the consistency level or like the retention for me was not more than three four years with a company right but लेकिन यह this is my personality that I knew right from the start.

Very few people know that before even starting a HR job I had my own consulting firm for HR right just as I dropped out of my engineering to pursue my dreams into business.

I started with my own consulting firm into HR called human consulting firm.

Back then as well, like it was a very risky affair of dropping out of engineering.
