Can you give us some of its biggest responsibilities?

Absolutely.

I think for me, and I'm kind of new to it still, I've only been doing it for about six months, but it seems like it's a governing body that helps determine things that are pertinent.

to local people.

And you've got state governments and city governments, what have you, but sometimes they're a really big picture.

They're not focused on the smaller picture, which I feel like we on the county board are.

So I know a lot of things are like with all the wind farms and solar farms that are coming in to our county and our communities.

What do you believe is the biggest issue facing McDonough County right now and how does the county board working to address it?
