What is the basic building blocks? Where do I start with leadership development? Where does that, where do I begin, even begin that process?

Yeah.

Well, earlier I talked about my definition being identify, equip, and deploy.

So I guess the first places begin to identify, right? So how do I...

I think a pastor or minister should always be looking around the congregation saying, who is a potential spiritual leader here? Or who is serving the church well? And it's not always necessarily the upfront charismatic type of people.

So don't limit yourself to that kind of an idea.

But I usually think about five characteristics.

then you're always going to be in this constant survival mode.

Can you explain to me how this proposal is going to do that without becoming just another government program the left will eventually take over and make worse?

Sure.

The program already exists, and the left already took it over.

This is a child care development fund.

for mostly single mothers and daycare support.

80% go to single moms.

And what the left has done with it is that it really is only for single moms and unmarried.

Is that what we're looking at? Yeah, absolutely.

What do you call that? And how does it come to be in the year of our Lord, 2026?

I call that birthplace citizenship.

Really, by the accident of birth.

If you are on a plane and you land a pregnant woman in the U.S. on a layover for a day and the baby's born here...

That's a US citizenship, a US citizen.

If you are on a tourist cruise ship and you have a baby within the 12 miles of territorial waters of the US, that child is a US citizen.

If you cross the border as an illegal alien, pregnant, intending to create a US citizen child, easily cross the border, get smuggled in, give birth after having been in the US for two days, that's a US citizen.

Mm-hmm.

If you are here illegally or you're claimed by another country, or you could be drafted by another country because you are a citizen of another c- of another country because of your parents, you don't owe your primary allegiance to us, especially if the means of you getting here are from illegal circumstances of the parents, right? If the whole design was to get around and evade American law.

Now, in the Constitution itself, they dealt specifically with the question of things like diplomats who are in the US and they had kids.

Of course you wouldn't expect that their kids would be American citizens if they're born in the US, because they have allegiance to another country.

Same thing with Indians.

Indians were living in the US for generations, of course, and generations before the s- settlers even came, but they were not granted citizenship for their children because they were seen to have a loyalty and a sovereignty of their own that they had to answer to, which was tribal authority.

So if your kids are fr- or have a, a duty to another country, I'm sorry, you're, you don't get the birthplace citizenship.

What do you make of that?

Don't believe it.

So finally, the government sector is gonna have some semblance of the same discipline of the private sector.

If the waste and abuses that happen in the federal government happened in, say, a major corporation, they would lose money year after year and eventually go bankrupt.

There is no price mechanism in the government.

What we have are measures of pure inputs, how much money is going towards something.

What we need to do is move it towards outcomes.

So are these across-the-board cuts and restructuring the most effective way to achieve this?
