And then inside of this executive order, the stuff that they're talking about, it's like this is essentially paving the way for private industry to come in and extract product out of the forest.

I mean, they're, they're, they're really interested in the, in the prospect of, uh, you know, changing land use designations.

And like, uh, earlier this year, I went on this backpacking trip into this wilderness area in Southern Arctic called the Kalmyopsis.

And I wrote a piece about this for Counterpunch that is out, uh, this week.

But the Kalamiopsis Wilderness is one of the largest wilderness areas in Oregon, and it has catastrophically burned twice in the last two and a half decades.

And the first fire was called the Biscuit Fire, and that was in 2003, I think, 2002.

And we are not able to like force them to let it happen, you know? And in the meantime, like their, their infinite demand for AI bullshit is like, is, is just like, I mean, it's setting the fucking world on fire.
