The scale, the atmosphere, the sheer tradition.

It was a fantastic spectacle and I felt a real sense of purpose being part of just the whole day.

It's been going over 150 years.

I genuinely think the attraction to everyone is the sense of belonging.

Just the shared purpose, the shared sense of that belonging.

But Roger, what would you say is the value of this to the POA as a union?

Well, I think it's given the POA a much more ground floor look.

We sometimes, as an NEC, are slightly outside that.

You know, you're getting in.

I myself, I think I've been to four sites, two as an assist and two were in my own area.

And it's getting you back onto the ground floor to see it.

The pleasing things that I've seen just on those initial visits, because I've not done any follow-up visits yet, little things.
